What is included in your Wedding Ceremony + Cocktail hour esperience?

Our Ceremony + Cocktail Hour experience provides live violin music throughout the most memorable moments of your wedding. This includes prelude music as guests arrive, processionals, the bridal entrance, recessional, post-ceremony music, and one hour of live music during cocktail hour.

Can we choose our own songs?

Absolutely! Your wedding music should feel personal to you. I’ll work with you to create a customized song selection that reflects your style, story, and vision for the day.

Do you take special song requests?

Yes! If there’s a meaningful song you’d love to hear on your wedding day, I’m happy to prepare a special arrangement when possible. Please send special requests in advance so I have enough time to prepare them.

Do you perform outdoors and on the beach?

Yes! Violin30A specializes in weddings and events throughout the 30A area, including beautiful beach and outdoor settings. My setup is designed to provide an elegant live music experience while adapting to the unique needs of outdoor events.

Do you provide your own sound system?

Yes. I provide professional sound equipment for my performances, so you don’t have to worry about arranging additional audio equipment for the violin.

For outdoor weddings, I’ll coordinate with you, your planner, and your venue to follow your event’s weather or rain plan. A covered or indoor alternative is always recommended to protect the instrument and equipment while keeping the music experience seamless.

What happens if there is bad weather?

How far in advance shoud we book?

I recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially for popular spring and fall wedding dates along 30A. Availability is limited, and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

What areas do you serve?

Violin30A primarily serves weddings and events throughout 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Miramar Beach, Destin, and Panama City Beach. Travel to other locations may also be available upon request.

Can you perform for events other than weddings?

Absolutely. Violin30A is available for proposals, rehearsal dinners, private dinners, anniversaries, corporate events, holiday celebrations, and other special occasions. Each performance can be customized to match the atmosphere of your event.

Should we book violin for just the ceremony or for cocktail hour too?

While ceremony-only performances are available, many couples choose the Ceremony + Cocktail Hour experience. It allows the music to continue naturally after the ceremony while you take photos and your guests transition into cocktail hour, creating a seamless and elegant atmosphere from one part of the celebration to the next.
